Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational and administrative activities across the business
- Assist with internal workflow management and task coordination
- Support communication between departments, partners, and external stakeholders
- Maintain organised digital and physical company records
- Assist with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and operational reporting
- Support property, client, and investment-related administrative processes
- Help maintain efficient operational systems and business procedures
- Coordinate office support requirements and operational logistics when required
- Ensure professional communication standards are maintained across all interactions
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred
- Previous experience within administration, operations, property, construction, facilities, or professional services environments
- Experience working in a fast-paced office or business support role
