Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales and business development activities
- Identify and develop new client and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
- Support sales strategy implementation and market expansion initiatives
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging business opportunities
- Maintain professional communication and reporting standards
- Support regional networking and partnership development efforts
- Assist in achieving company growth and revenue objectives
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Professional leadership and team coordination abilities
- Previous experience in sales, business development, client management, or regional operations preferred
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong organisational and presentation skills

- Experience within real estate, investment, property, construction, or professional services industries
