Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales and business development activities
  • Identify and develop new client and investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
  • Support sales strategy implementation and market expansion initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and identify emerging business opportunities
  • Maintain professional communication and reporting standards
  • Support regional networking and partnership development efforts
  • Assist in achieving company growth and revenue objectives

Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Professional leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, client management, or regional operations preferred
  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong organisational and presentation skills

  • Experience within real estate, investment, property, construction, or professional services industries
