As part of our continued growth and digital expansion, we are seeking a creative, technically capable, and commercially aware IT & Marketing Manager to oversee digital operations, technology systems, online branding, and marketing initiatives across the organisation.

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of digital systems, online marketing, branding, and business technology management within a modern corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company websites, digital systems, and online platforms
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, branding activities, and online communications
  • Support website updates, SEO improvements, and digital content coordination
  • Manage social media platforms and assist with audience engagement strategies
  • Coordinate online advertising, promotional campaigns, and lead generation activities
  • Monitor digital performance, reporting metrics, and marketing effectiveness
  • Support internal IT systems, operational software, and digital workflows
  • Coordinate with external developers, designers, and technical service providers when required
  • Ensure professional digital presentation and brand consistency across all platforms
  • Assist management with technology improvements and digital growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and online branding
  • Experience with website management, social media, and digital communications
  • Good understanding of IT systems, digital tools, and online platforms
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital advertising, and content management systems
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Professional communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred

  • Experience within real estate, property, investment, or professional services industries
  • Familiarity with WordPress, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
  • Basic graphic design, content creation, or video editing experience is advantageous
  • Understanding of analytics and digital reporting platforms is beneficial
