As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a professional, organised, and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Assistant to support recruitment coordination, candidate management, onboarding activities, and general HR administration across the organisation.
This role is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills, administrative capabilities, and an interest in recruitment, people coordination, and organisational support within a growing international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate communication
- Review applications and organise candidate records
- Schedule interviews and support onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate recruitment and HR documentation
- Support employee coordination and internal administrative processes
- Assist with updating internal records, policies, and staff information
- Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements and staffing support
- Ensure professional and confidential handling of sensitive information
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Professional and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
- Ability to work independently within a remote environment
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
Preferred
- Previous experience within HR, recruitment, administration, or coordination roles is advantageous
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, or HR processes is beneficial
- Strong written communication and professional presentation skills preferred
