As part of our growing operations, we are seeking a reliable, organised, and professional Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day administrative activities, internal coordination, and operational support functions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks
  • Support document management, filing, and record organisation
  • Coordinate emails, schedules, meetings, and follow-up activities
  • Assist internal teams with operational and administrative support
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Support data entry, reporting, and digital documentation processes
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding administration when required
  • Help ensure smooth daily office and operational workflows

Requirements

  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively

Preferred
